What We Do
The Mission of the Housing Authority of the City of Englewood is to provide clean, safe, affordable and well maintained housing for the residents of their community that is free from discrimination. The Englewood Housing Authority will also help their residents improve the quality of their life by creating and supporting opportunities for their economic independence, educational growth and personal fulfillment. We aspire to instill a sense of pride in those who reside in our developments.

At the Tibbs Senior Building:

- Group meetings
- Foot doctor
- Parties and cookouts with educational themes
- Computer club
- Arts and crafts “study” of the masters
- Cookout area (rear entrance)
- Senior Community Room available free for senior meetings, birthdays, and other resident occasions (such as repasts, etc.)
- Afternoon senior computer class offered
