Maintenance Work Order
Submit a Work Order Online
EHA residents can submit and track non-emergency maintenance requests online through the Tenant Portal.
Routine (Non-Emergency) Maintenance Requests
The Englewood Housing Authority encourages residents to report all maintenance issues – no matter how small. Items such as dripping faucets, burnt-out lightbulbs, running toilets, leaking air conditioners, or pest concerns should be reported as soon as possible. Early reporting helps prevent small issues from becoming larger, more costly repairs.
During regular business hours, residents may request non-emergency maintenance by visiting or calling the main office at 201-871-3451.
EHA makes every effort to complete non-emergency maintenance requests within five (5) business days.
When submitting a work order, please let us know if you would like to be present during the repair. If no preference is noted, maintenance staff may enter the unit during business hours to complete the work. A service tag will be left to confirm the repair has been completed.
