Routine (Non-Emergency) Maintenance Requests

The Englewood Housing Authority encourages residents to report all maintenance issues—no matter how small.
Early reporting helps prevent small issues from becoming larger, more costly repairs.

During Regular Business Hours

Residents may request non-emergency maintenance by visiting or calling the main office.

Expected Completion:

EHA makes every effort to complete non-emergency maintenance requests within five (5) business days.
When submitting a work order, please let us know if you would like to be present during the repair. If no preference is noted, maintenance staff may enter the unit during business hours to complete the work. A service tag will be left to confirm the repair has been completed.

Emergency Maintenance Requests

Emergency maintenance issues are situations that pose an immediate risk to health, safety, life, or property.
